Church of the Redeemer desires to be a deeply connected community of people, drawn from throughout the northern areas of Chicagoland, following God on a journey of faith and transformation. It’s an adventure that is taking us through the ancient paths in order to lead us to the exciting things God has in store–namely, his kingdom.
Started over ten years ago in a Northshore living room, Church of the Redeemer is a community of many generations worshiping, growing and serving together. There are numerous backgrounds represented among our people, like streams that flow into one river. While we are rooted in the Northshore area of Chicago, we are linked to what God is doing across the world through our connections to the church in Africa, specifically Rwanda.
