Brian De La Cruz – Pastoral Resident

Brian De La Cruz serves as the Pastoral Resident at Redeemer. He is also an operations leader at the American Medical Association and a passionate follower of Jesus. His experience includes equipping both men and women through discipleship, launching and developing ministry initiatives, and supporting church leadership through guidance in spiritual formation and community outreach. Brian is committed to walking alongside others in their faith journey—helping individuals and communities grow in their relationship with Christ and live out the Gospel in their everyday lives.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College, where he deepened his interest in the intersection of business, leadership, and faith. His academic experience included studies in Christian thought, biblical studies, and church history, shaping his unique perspective on integrating professional excellence in the marketplace. At Wheaton College, Brian met his wife, Margaret De La Cruz and they got married in 2022.

Outside of work and church ministry you can find Brian playing pickleball, reading memoirs, or trying a new grilling recipe.
