Sunday Morning Screenings:
Before you enter the church on Sunday mornings, your temperature will be taken with a forehead thermometer, and you will be asked the following questions:
- Do you have a fever? Do you have a cough? Are you experiencing new or unusual fatigue? Do you have shortness of breath?
- To your knowledge, have you or has anyone in your household had contact within the last 14 days with someone who has tested positive for Covid 19?
- Are you, anyone in your household, or anyone with whom you’ve had contact with in the last 14 days awaiting test results for Covid 19?
- Within the last 14 days, have you spent more than 24 consecutive hours in one of the following states? (The current list of “hot spot” states will be considered).
If you answer yes to any of the questions above or register a temperature, we ask that you stay home and not attend the service in person.
